Untitled design (96)In-SHUCK-ch Nation has a non-profit charitable arm called The In-SHUCK-ch Services Society (ISS). It is a non-profit charitable organization whose mandate is to support the Skatin and Samahquam communities, collectively called the In-SHUCK-ch Nation, as they strive to overcome their social and economic challenges and to create a sustainable economy.

Incorporated on December 10, 1992, ISS has created a number of administrative, community, and cultural support services in the form of workshops and the In-SHUCK-ch Days Festival for In-SHUCK-ch peoples both on reserves and across the Lower Mainland, the Fraser Valley, the Sea-to-Sky Corridor, and the lower Lillooet Valley.

These services are aimed at improving our:

  • Education and Literacy Levels
  • Health and Wellness
  • Unemployment
  • Quality of Life
